The great news is that NLST had a meeting on these patents WITH Micron in 2015! So the money here is over 9 years possibly...to get the 918 will be an act of God..So i will pray...but If Judge Gilstrap says Micron is liable for 9 years on these...and he is suppose to rule on that before the trial...Man of Man is that going to be a great reason to settle...Also the royalty rate while we wait will be huge...as that could help calculate the past damages for 9 years and going forward 4-5 more...IMO atleast 40M a year for the past 9 years minimum and thats very conservative...and for the future is 80-150M...there is so much money here for this one patent...and we just had a cancelled hearing on the 060&160 so thats big as well....IMO jason is going to make them a great offer for all 37 patents with the mediator...otherwise they have Jan 22 to deal with and April 15th which is the 912 that has been validated..certified issued and reexamined... There will be no hiding from the 912
