OK, I see Gary, you are suggesting a very very tight window of opportunity for an ASM by year’s end still remains, measured in a couple/few days, whereby Publishers could move this on to the MHRA, allowing enough time (14 days or less) for a possible acceptance decision before December 20, and if so, an ASM could possibly still occur by December 30.

My apologies, you are correct that there is still the slimmest of time (couple/few days) for all that to play out before end of year.

A minimum of 10 days are required

legally that is correct however they need 20 working days for the proxy which would mean they had to announce the ASM for Dec 30th on Dec 5th

Its 13 months after the last ASM at a minimum, so I think the ASM will be held in January.
