I don’t understand the sale price either, even at $450 mil. Initially I figured there’s no way Clone 3 was part of it, so it somewhat made sense back at the time. But now I just don’t get it. There’s gotta be some aspect we aren’t privy to, maybe someone is ready with funding but only once they get out of the otc? So someone like Samsung Bio says, we will fund the trials for so and so but Nasdaq has to happen first. Idk, just thinking aloud trying to make more sense of things. This lawsuit is just dragging those answers out further, so let’s hope that goes away soon so we can just get down to it and find out where this is officially going. I don’t like having this much still tied up in something so up in the air now. But at the same time I cannot bring myself to sell anything at these redic prices.

Well if you dont think we could make a go of it there is no sense persuing that line of thinking. I know you watch the Level 2 alot more than I do. I just watch them move this thing in the direction with sometimes very few shares. I own more than is sometimes traded in a single day. If we could get a group together I am all in on a Class Action because as you say, Charles and Chandra have lied and misled us. I would have sold long ago if it wasnt for the continued talk of uplisting and audited financials, It is clear now He did not want to have the Audits completed and uplist because he would then need to be Tranparent. Do you happen to remember when VERB did the uplist then bought Salesforce with the reverse split. We got screwed on that one. I think there was a Class Action Filed againt them. I think there are enough of us that have been here 3 plus years that could get together and do something.
