Correct, I'm not doubting what they have said. What I'm saying is that there's no requirement or expectation that they announce the actual decision for each vessel to the public. For all we know this is a strategic call from Citi, or MOL, or Devon, or a few of their private investors or another advisor we don't know about that they keep these decisions internal until they are ready to announce the full project funding and reverse merger into TGLO. The quieter the company is right now as we know they are advancing on capacity tells me they do not want a scent trail coming to TGLO and altering something. My entire point is that we are not owed a public announcement for each and every positive decision about each boat. You might not like that they say something specific in a PR and then don't follow up with an update on your timeline but that doesn't mean anything is delayed or not going exactly according to plan.
