Update: ALLR now down to about +21%

SOAR has news of a SPAC merging with something...no news apparent
Groundless to chase if you don't know what is being merged with.Is ahot dog cart down the corner?

ALLR had modestly good news- an early Phase 2 update that its cancer candidate is looking good.

I would pass on both plays.
In SOAR, you are buying a pig in a poke
In ALLR, the company has $!M cash, neg cash flow and no income. A quick check of filings shows it registered 80M shares on Dec 5th. The company is at this moment raining shares into the OS. Ya can't win with that

SUMMATION: ALLR is the pig and SOAR is the poke- stay away from these auctions.
