The ship builders have confirmed that they expect these jobs from Delfin in 2024. I’m sure they budgeted the company’s project into their schedule. I don’t know if money has changed hands. Space is tight though, so who knows what kind of delay it can cause if they forgo any slots expected to be allocated to them
