Financials mean squat in regards to CE. They file financials to stay current and not go to expert market, nothing that will help CE. CE are usually linked to insider investigation, promo activity or hijacks.
Last I read in 2022, NIR group dude had not paid back a dime to SEC and has been filing bankruptcy over and over while hiding his money. Im sure hes still tied here to the overall storyline so would make sense why OTCM locked all his old tickers out.
