And the closer the dividend gets the worse it gets for commons. I like how they snuck in the “best case scenario” wording on this last release, and no one wants to acknowledge that. As bad as the dividend first was, we get a kick in the nuts that it’s now going to be half, and not only that but half “best case scenario”. Why word it that way unless realistically it’s even going to be worse than half? That’s why I hope this lawsuit kills this deal. It’s basically the end of us common ENZC shareholders. I don’t know what other route they’d have or route that would actually benefit us longs but I guess my hope would be CC throwing in the towel and just taking a buyout. I mean hell, anything would look good for us at this point when we’re sitting at .02. cents three years into this.
