There would at least be a slim silver lining for us if this dividend had a cash option. I do not want SAGA dividend shares for reasons I have stated numerous times. I think the second those dividends payout and the insiders can dump, you’ll see SAGA shares at least for awhile dump to $1 range. It’ll hit $1 before commons even have the chance to sell. I’ve detailed why this is likely based on other small bio stocks currently trading on Nasdaq.
I still am certain SAGA’s spac deadline expired as I’ve explained in prior posts and I still think this deal is over with unless GLD takes a payoff to walk away from this lawsuit. And even then, will the SEC approve something that technically had expired? They can’t seriously take a look at this whole thing and fail to see what some of us here have seen doing the dd on this.
It’s truly sickening what this has become. Now that they told us the dividend is cut in half “best case” and may even be worse than half, we likely won’t even see that potential ENZC spike to .12 or so we were hoping for prior to the dividend cut off.
