GoSox, don't fret about MrMike. It's clear he owns zero shares.

As you've stated a 100x already, the main issue is the removal of the CE. I'm a bit disgruntled, though, that management waited so long to hire a more qualified attorney. If I'm not mistaken, this same sort of attorney replacement has occurred at least once previously. Hopefully, the 3rd time will be the charm and the new guy is the real deal.
