lol, you're right: the sausage looks practically raw in the finished dish. I agree: it should be cooked before putting it in the pasta tubes.

I think the whole thing would be better as enchiladas, with tortillas instead of pasta. And with some tomato. And herbs and other flavorings. It looks very bland to me.

Especially with uncooked sausage...
