Hi Jr09, I believe the LS Cloud cases were "settled" as in get them off the dockets. I don't believe there were settlements where Quest will receive money. It looks to me as if Quest dropped the ball with all four cases (Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco and Google) and weren't able to move forward because Quest never stated the claims. It seems insane but that's the way I interpreted the court filings

---Meanwhile, Western District of Texas Judge Robert L. Pitman has denied a request by LS Cloud Storage Technologies, LLC to revive a suit against Amazon, that suit having been dismissed with prejudice after the plaintiff, represented by Ramey LLP, failed even to meet a deadline by which to file an amended complaint

The Taasera settlements are awesome...but the question is what's next? Are there six more Taasera suits ready to go? This company will not thrive with a few suits hitting the courts every year or so. Where are the lawsuits for....

1. Audio Messaging Inc. (“AMI”) (wholly owned)
2. Peregrin Licensing LLC (“PLL”) (wholly owned)
3. Tyche Licensing LLC (“Tyche”) (wholly owned)
4. Deepwell IP LLC (“DIP”) (wholly owned)
5. EDI Licensing LLC (“EDI”) (wholly owned)
6. Koyo Licensing LLC (“Koyo”) (wholly owned)
7. Harbor Island Dynamic LLC (“HID”) (wholly owned)
8. Flash Uplink
