Hi Jr09, I believe the LS Cloud cases were "settled" as in get them off the dockets. I don't believe there were settlements where Quest will receive money. It looks to me as if Quest dropped the ball with all four cases (Amazon, Microsoft, Cisco and Google) and weren't able to move forward because Quest never stated the claims. It seems insane but that's the way I interpreted the court filings

Pitman has denied a request by LS Cloud Storage Technologies, LLC to revive a suit against Amazon, that suit having been dismissed with prejudice after the plaintiff, represented by Ramey LLP, failed even to meet a deadline by which to file an amended complaint
