They hired an analyst to pump and he got fired and now he is a director at NWBO... i wonder why. Sorry more RED FLAGS....

He should know that he needs to file on time, shouldn't he? according to SEC regulations, he or the company should have reported these transactions that occured on the 16th and 17th before this latest Nov 22 PR failure. Hmm, you think NWBO can get listed with all these kind of SEC governance and violation issues....looks like they are still here. Maybe they are destined to be on the OTC forever?

Shares in Northwest Biotherapeutics, which jumped 34 per cent on Monday after the company said it had received approval for its brain cancer vaccine in Switzerland, leapt another 54 per cent on Tuesday.

“This company has transformed the prospects for brain cancer patients overnight,” said Navid Malik, analyst at Collins Stewart, Northwest’s house broker. “DCVax will be available to European citizens in months.”

Really he wrote it would be available in the coming months in 2007??? You do know this is the guy who sold and didn't report it on time.....It is 2023 now right? Hmmm Northwest's House broker.......he been paid pumping a long time like you maybe? Maybe you know him?
