This can't happen overnight. His tweet said the company liked the .0010 entry for the buyback, WAYBACK. He has the money. He's also needing a consistent fill at. 0010. So obviously it can't be all at once as many want to believe. He's been accumulating for days now. The channelling around the .0010 level has been very consistent. Huge amount of money changing hands for share structure to be optimized. Takes as long as it takes, this is not and can never be any cookie cutter trade. Patience!
