The SEC could not even finish the investigation that they started. They were ready to revoke the shares and failed to do it. Their stupid lawyers could not even close out the revocation. Then they file Petition of Review, why bother. Petition of reviews take about 4 to 6 months to complete. It was 2 1/2 years and nothing was done. Petition of Review was never completed, just dismissed for other circumstances. Great job SEC, excellent work. A screwed up government agency with deliberate mis-action. I am assuming you support the SEC as expected. Happy holidays !!
