ron?....there is no retained earnings... they were sacrificed to get the 5.88 billion dollars in NOLS.....classes 19, and 22 has NO ESTATE!... they were "impaired " from further monetary distribution, or stock post chapter 11....class 22 did not take control of anything, they were lucky to get stock when WMI ABANDONED, AND CANCELLED THE COMMON AND PREFERRED SHARES.....now ron, you can claim any thing you want, and believe the same.... but coming on the message board with this bull sh**t, you gotta provide the links.... where is the link that says WMI has a second Trust?... and where is the link, adjudicated by the court, that class 22 took control of the chapter 11 bankruptcy?....Lodas
