BT~ How can both companies, Biogenysis and Enzolytics, file for the same Patents, as appears in details of your research? You said, "Yes, Biogenysis has filed for patents." Then went on to enumerate what's in Biogenysis' patents, which appears to be the same description as what's in Enzolytics' patents.
Anyway, I agree with you that: "However, the specifics of what Enzolytics will own post-deal are not detailed in the sources I found."
