You have no evidence for that, only your own colossal fears. And millions of companies register in Nevada solely for the tax benefits, so that theory has some serious holes in it as well.

Uncertainty breeds fear and wacko conspiracy theories(like the ones posted here) , so we'll just have to live with it. Have not seen one persuasive argument here, other than OTC Markets' intertia/incompentence . that make any sense about the CE process.
