Sounds like you have no idea how the EMA MAA process works.

Anavex can't submit the application for 7 months after the meeting that just took place. That 7 months is what it takes for the EMA to select SMEs and set up its end of the process to evaluate the MAA when submitted.

How in the hell is it possible the data is still not ready for them to submit an application. What are they doing all year?????

They are waiting for 3rd party confirmation in the peer review, and completion of the OLE for all participants. It could just as easily be asked why is the peer review taking this long. A negative result just ain't in the cards, unless your Adam F.
