I believe you misread senti’s comment. She said she thought the issue was with the way the “consultant” presented the data which both NWBO and the publisher chose to improve upon. Now you can blame the consultant but a consultant’s expertise is in the technical not necessarily presentation. Whereas Linda Powers and a publisher would have expertise in presentation and less in the technical. So the two are joined at the hip in any presentation of legal document.
The issue is there are probably very few knowledgeable consultants with regard to much of what NWBO is presenting pertaining to de novo manufacturing, proteomics advances and other points being addressed. Like I said above, some might be good with the tech but not with presentation especially if English is not a first language. Best wishes.
