If this is true, whose fault is it for selecting a sub par publisher in the first place? MANAGEMENT!

Why cut these folks any slack a minute more? Find competent biotech executives in immunotherapy. If this wasn’t obvious on the May 10 debacle it sure is now.

It NWBO eventually succeeds (as measured by the share price and ROÍ for investors) will not NWBO management claim most of the credit and an outsized share of the financial reward compared to the contractor or publishers or retailers?

Rightly or wrongly and whether we agree or not, management will largely be credited because even though they outsourced virtually everything to contractors etc. and managed a tiny staff at NWBO. They were at the top and the buck stopped with them.

Linda Liau will get less than anyone, financially and have to share credit for getting this to market though being more altruistic than most Dr. Liau is doubtless okay with that.

Thus if NWBO management gets credit later for the work of others, then right now, fairly or unfairly, they are responsible for the work and get the blame when if they chose poor contractors or things just went wrong.

vator,

I believe you misread senti’s comment. She said she thought the issue was with the way the “consultant” presented the data which both NWBO and the publisher chose to improve upon. Now you can blame the consultant but a consultant’s expertise is in the technical not necessarily presentation. Whereas Linda Powers and a publisher would have expertise in presentation and less in the technical. So the two are joined at the hip in any presentation of legal document.
The issue is there are probably very few knowledgeable consultants with regard to much of what NWBO is presenting pertaining to de novo manufacturing, proteomics advances and other points being addressed. Like I said above, some might be good with the tech but not with presentation especially if English is not a first language. Best wishes.
