To your point. here's something odd. The very strange Frank Igwealor has somehow got control of the old MTEI shell, which had been knocking around as a zombie ticker since the late '90s.

Igwealor even tries to suggest that he's turned MTEI into an SEC filer, something it never was back in the '90s.

Ooopsie! Those are not SEC filings.

Describe any trading suspension orders issued by the SEC concerning the issuer or its predecessors since inception:

Seriously?

SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934
RELEASE NO. 40273 / July 29, 1998

The Securities and Exchange Commission today ordered the
temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act"), of trading in the
securities of Mountain Energy, Inc. ("Mountain Energy"),
beginning 9:30 a.m. EDT, on July 29, 1998, and concluding 11:59
p.m. EDT, on August 11, 1998.

The Commission ordered this trading suspension because of
questions raised as to the adequacy and accuracy of publicly
disseminated information concerning Mountain Energy. This
information concerns, among other things, Mountain Energy's
ownership of certain properties and the valuation of the mineral
assets on those properties. The Commission determined that the
public interest and the protection of investors requires a
suspension of trading in Mountain Energy securities.

The Commission cautions broker-dealers, shareholders, and
prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the
foregoing information along with all other currently available
information and any information subsequently issued by the
company...

And rather a lot of enforcement actions followed.

Should I have a talk with someone at OTC Markets about this? But whom does one contact? Zinn is impossible even to try to deal with. Maybe Coulson?

OTCMarkets does neither.

And most investors don't understand the difference.

There are companies that trade on the OTC simply because they don't want to do double filing since they are based outside the US.

Nestle is a good example.
