Kelli Austin herself wrote in her letter to the judge in defense of SAGA the week of the hearing, that if the judge granted the TRO it would effectively cause SAGA to be delisted from Nasdaq. Her own words. The letter was linked here a handful of times for anyone that still doesn’t understand what is going on.
So was Kelli being honest and SAGA now cannot meet the Nasdaq delisting timeline or was that just more gaslighting the judge along with all her other excuses as to why she wasn’t able to make the hearing that Friday so that the judge wouldn’t grant the TRO.
