Not proof - but very close.

on June 19 - less than one month after the Lightwave commercial agreement was announced,

Jimmy/Richard LaRiv posted Polariton's about new website that according to him announces their launch of commercial products: https://www.reddit.com/r/LWLG/comments/14dl9iz/polariton_launches_commercial_products/

Among those products?:

Their RRM-C110 ring modulator product which has only ONE related paper- the one discussing their use of Lightwave's Perkamine chromophores with their ring modulators.

Link to the ONLY related paper:

The strong connection of Perkamine to RRM-C110 COMBINED WITH the VERY CLOSE time of first announcement (the first in the history of BOTH companies), is IMO nearly a LOCK for concluding that the Lightwave deal was with Polariton. Unfortunately that strengthens my case that this was not in the same league as a Foundry/Transceiver deal announcement and therefore should not have been used to avoid a review of their goals with regard to their work with the Foundries toward a final transceiver product. That is why it comes across to me as having been misleading.
