I would love for your conclusion to be correct.

Your conclusion being "No RS at 4 cents."

However, your logic for that conclusion escapes me. If you care to elaborate that would be fine.

Otherwise I will just view your conclusion as an unsupported opinion.

Agree. And it won’t happen at .10….20 cents either.

We really don’t know what all is going on behind the scenes. Could be that Mike n Company are looking at a RS upon contractual agreements coming to fruition with winks n nods from institutional investors once it hits a $buck plus in share price. Putting the float in the several 10’s of million number verses the 100+ million current.

One thing I’m fairly certain with - it ain’t happening at a 100 for 1. So I would suspect some big contracts in Africa will materialize here shortly and possibly some profits coming from the cosmetic branch will inspire some serious non-Ihub investment groups.

RS’s do work under the right circumstances - although RS’s do spread nothing but fear in OTC Land. For good reasons in most cases.

Nothing from Mike and Company reflect your typical OTC Land penny start-up modus operandi. When/if we see a RS I’m positive it will be warranted.
