From the first page of S-1 filing:

We expect to effect a 1-for-[·] reverse stock split of our outstanding common stock effective immediately following the effective date of the registration statement of which this prospectus forms a part, prior to the completion of this offering. On November [·], 2023, the last reported sales price of our common stock on the OTCQB was $[·] per share, (or $[·] per share after giving effect to an assumed reverse stock split of 1-for-[·]).

Furthermore, when I search the S-1 filing I find 24 "mentions" of the phrase "reverse stock split".

Here's a couple more quotes from the S-1 filing:

The proposed Reverse Stock Split may decrease the liquidity of our common stock.

Following the Reverse Stock Split the resulting market price of our common stock may not attract new investors, including institutional investors, and may not satisfy the investing requirements of those investors. Consequently, the trading liquidity of our common stock may not improve.
