Yes it sounds like Libor is holding hearings this week. If so a settlement could be proposed. That doesnt mean we get paid this week. But it may be soon.
I say the lawyers muck it up to milk it into next year because thats what lawyers do.
But we are close to some resolution.
Could be a merry Christmas or a happy Easter. Or both.
