When I glanced over a few parts of this situation this morning all I see are a dozen red flags.

I'm glad you brought up contracts @Researchify because despite some posters claiming otherwise, no contract has been announced. But let's say for arguments sake, yes shareholders caught wind of this before it's announced. OK, ask yourself What would a contract for these products look like??? I think a contract would be signed by Eontec, Yihao, or even some other unknown Hong Kong company. And non-signer to the contract, LQMT USA; supposedly receiving some type of licensing fee for units produced, shipped and most importantly...paid for.

I'll tell you right now, these partner/maze companies are going to have a hard time writing a check for licensing fees. And these same partner/maze companies have had plenty of time to doctor up the recipe for LM106 so that in their mind they don't need to pay at all.
