Look at some of his posts from a year ago - I stress, a full year ago:

I think we’ve already gotten the manufacturing approval and will hear that this week. That would trigger the MAA submission also. I believe they’ve been using RTOR with the FDA that will shorten that approval about 4 months after MHRA
