Good post Hyperopia, although I would take exception to your use of “half-truths”, unless you are specifically referring to past timing predictions.

This is a fair and accurate assessment, imo.

The next MHRA submission deadline is December 25th, which aligns with a CHM meeting on March 21st or 22nd. I’m fairly confident that they will submit the application next month, and beat this deadline.

You about as confident in this as you were a year ago when you said NWBO was about to start speeding things up? Appears they've gotten even slower.

Hyperopia:

Northwest Bio has FINALLY delivered the goods, and I think the pace of events of the past few years is about to accelerate.

There will be no submission in December. The submission will hopefully happen in mid to late Q1 2024. They have just been waiting on combo data all this while and continued to BS shareholders over the last couple of years. They lied again in their October PR.

If they are planning to submit by Dec 25th or some time by December they wouldn’t change the “2-3 weeks to several weeks.” 2-3 weeks will be in line to December submission but they change it so they expect longer than 2-3 weeks. Possible submission will be in mid-late January 2024. Something is very wrong if they don’t submit beyond January 2024.

It’s my opinion, and it would be fantastic, if NWBO spent the next four weeks releasing positive PRs on the multitude of things they can leading up to the submission on 12/25.

This would bump the SP and create some excitement about it their submission (that will be much needed during the approval process time) that would also help stabilize the SP. I would imagine the time period waiting for an approval decision could get pretty volatile and more tricks up the HF sleeves. So something to create some excitement and stability is my hope.

After all, hope for good things is why we’re all here.

hyperopia,

The first PR made it clear what NWBO wanted and that they expected the target to be in November but the wording allowed for the chance that early December would be needed. The hard deadline then was always the December 25th MHRA submission date backdrop. Seems like not only NWBO but also the consultant(s) and publishers wanted the extra time to make sure everything that can be done is done even beyond the realm of “good enough” which is the target created for engineers. The genetic name may also have played a role as speculated on this board ie the 11-29 date after which it could be used. Best wishes.
