On the funds topic, I'm convinced that Lightwave may get some of their own in the next few months, IF they elect to pursue it. The CHIPS/NIST grants that come out in the next few months should be a slam-dunk for approval, but Lightwave may or may not choose to apply for them. On a side-note, I have the impression that CHIPS grants already approved have been slow on distribution. That is probably a good thing though. Historically, when the govt. passed out money for big energy projects, the recipients weren't properly vetted.
