Care to wager on Submission by end of the year? Odds are not in your favor. All info still not with publishers and they need several weeks. Not 2-3 weeks, several, which implies more. So, with a Holiday week at the end of December, almost impossible. And, so, their ONLY goal for 2023 roadmap was submission. Fail.
