A New Clinical Trial for Blarcamesine?

AVXL can't "press" for Blarcamesine as a treatment for insomnia, etc. without conducting clinical trials for those indications.

Sure; understood.

But how complicated would be a new clinical trial testing for resolution of insomnia and/or agitation with blarcamesine? How difficult would it be to determine in a trial if agitation or insomnia were resolved? Seems like real-world evidence; stuff that can easily be seen and determined.

Let's see if Anavex announces such a trial somewhere in the world.
