This is basically my view, which is why I feel I can call them to task for this incidence, yet still remain 'bullish'.

It leads one to question if they are actually capable of submitting the application. Did they hire the right consultants? did they let them work unchecked for years only to find out they were collecting paychecks and doing little work? This team makes any outlandish scenario possible because at every step of the way they have made it clear that they might not know what they are doing at all. We might be months to another year off which will eventually translate to a soul crushing financing. It is outrageous.
