Getting it from RFI to Acceptance is going to be riddled with excuses too. I thought Les lied that they were double and triple checking this. And i heard apologists here say they are taking a long time to submit because they want to get it done right the first time. Let's see what they say when the MHRA gives them an RFI on this initial submission whenever that happens.
I can already hear the excuses/blame on the MHRA for this delay for MHRA acceptance.
