Good point. Charles has said from the very beginning that the competition for HIV drug from big pharmas has always been fierce. I did not realize GLD is in the same business. The intent of the lawsuit may turn out really to be GLD trying to kill ENZCs iTv drug rather than anything else,
This may be a good confirmation that GLD thinks that ENZC truly has a good HIV drug which will sell very well when brought to the market!!!!

Wait, what is GLD’s link to hiv cures / treatments or other bio pharma?

I must have missed something here recently. I thought they were simply one of the spac sponsor llc’s.
