Good point. My preference would mimic your thoughts as to TC preparing for what may be a big deal 6 months down the road or so. Meanwhile, adding smaller variety markets building slower but surer. Regardless, seems to me perhaps we have turned the corner and this baby will be putting some meat on the bone. Anyway, isn't it nice to have some hope reappear.
100% correct on the timing….nothing can happen before the end of the year. If I were TC (I’m not) I would have released a message saying “ I plan to purchase up to X number of shares a month for the next Y months”. The disclosure goes a long way to avoid the insider trading issue.
