That’s because you don’t know when the pump and dump occurred…..what do you think the catalyst is to bring a stock from $1.50 to .10 if their was minimal change in the share structure?
If the stock wasn’t trading at a fair market cap and the price was artificially inflated to reach those higher levels what would you call that?
