Possibly but, for me, not clear cut...however, I think there are enough other things working favorably now...price, line break outs, volume and fundamental news! We might be a little overbought here, but the trend seems great for longs! Let's break the 200 day with vigor! $8 has quite a bit of overhead resistance....the short interest report on the 27th might show that the shorts are getting a little uncomfortable.

Never too confident, but maybe this ship is turning! Hope so along with the rest of the $XBI world.
