@JFB - I remember some time back you posted a Twitter thread that had Adam Fartstain engaging with GC..I think AF said something like " I will die on this hill"..meaning he was against Todos.
I said at the time, if AF is involved "against" Todos, it will have a hard time making any progress to the upside..This AF is a real POS when it comes to attacking small companies.
Some of this is why I was hoping that Israel would step in and help Dr Arad with further trials. Would guess that their funding institutions have similar line of logic. Hoping she had a in with a University health center or connex with other Drs that would assist. And now is sure not a good time --they seem busy.
Any drug standard RCT is mucho $$$. From the CRO to the recruiting/data collection/analysis/submission There are many ways to go wrong and only 1 or 2 to go right. FDA can help but they don't hold hands and big pharm has advantage as deep pockets. Need trial redesign no problem. Need bigger N no problem just get more locations and enroll more.
