I have never seen a board with at least one member who controls a significant number of shares sit back and watch their company disintegrate with $100 million in accumulated losses and almost no revenue. It almost takes effort to pull this off. Imagine if just half of the money wasted on useless R&D went into algae production and marketing for Zivolife. Zivo would have recurring revenues to fund R&D.
