But it doesn't matter because the shares don't exist until after the close. The Judge will see that. If the Judge isn't familiar with SPACS, they will find one who is and figuire out that the shares are non existent now for all purposes.
If SAGA implodes, there won't be a fight over the 45M shares that never existed in the first place, so the only fight now is from the morons that are suing when they have no clue about anthing they are trying to sue for.
