Lizzy, my theory on why Denner is not being aggressive (in fact, rather passive) in doing any marketing or PR, is because I think he wants to keep the stock price low until he thinks it's time to run it up to a BO.

He wants to be able to show "what he did". So by keeping the stock price low for a while, he can "claim" that they moved the stock price from $0.70 to 5 bucks or 8 bucks or 10 bucks or wherever it ends up getting bought out.

If you look at the MedCo deal, it sort of followed that pattern. He first bought in early 2015. It bounced up and down for a bit, slid down to about $16 in late 2018/early 2019, before starting a huge run and being bought out at $85 at the end of 2019. The stock basically bounced around for 4 years until right before the buyout.

So I would suspect that nothing is going to happen on the BO front until we start to see the price run up.
