101----appreciate the input------have watched these deals come and go for a LONG time------have ZERO idea what is really going on behind the scenes here or where it ends up--------still think with all the BLATANT nonsense-----a "merger" could walk out of this------NO idea what goes into it-------but in these pinkypennies-----have seen just about everything thrown into the mix..........
