Watching now , because it is very strange. Also had not looked at Level 2 lately , that is something else 1000 share buys ( Ten Dollars Each) trying to "paint it up" Crazy and there have been less than Thirty Trades only today . The ASK shows about 350K shares at .01, so at 1000 share buys it would take 350 of those crazy 1000 share buys and at 30 trades per day , over a MONTH and a half to clear out . CRAZY!

Lets see, even if some format of a Merger is done with Equity Swap (not sure how that will turn out , interesting) , at the end of the day EES has to have product(s) available to sell and market. Looking forward to hearing about the Draft Merger notes to be honest and how much Joe P and Malcolm come away with .
