However, unless whois keeps an archive of transaction-history which it makes public, there's no way to know for sure what happened in the past beyond the fact that there was an update on 2023-09-30, although the "Raw Whois Data" says the last update was on 2023-08-29T13:41:24Z. That raw data update is also shown on GoDaddy.
In your experience, are updates by original owners, or could they reflect a change of ownership without disclosing that was the nature of the update?
