The article is about small cap stocks generally, of which RVNC is obviously a member.

I own small caps whose market caps have gotten way smaller like both RVNC and ENTA.

So the WSJ article is a general piece so they don't have to be held to specific stock picks that fail to bounce back. Way to not take any risks.
