Does anyone have a play-by-play from yesterday's oral arguments in court?

Only if somebody wants to pay for it.

Is moderately expensive. Depending on how soon you want it, The NY Southern Distruct charges $5-8 per page.

Pacer will not have it for 90 days.

If anybody does buy it, it is public information so they can post it.

Does not really matter much. If the Judge asks hard questions of the defendants it will be clear he does not buy their arguments. f the Judge as hard questions of NWBO it will be clear he plans to rule for NWBO and just wants to verify his decision. If neither, it will be clear he has already made up his mind to dismiss.

At least that will be the analysis here.
