But it was an accurate report. Someone in a short period of time unloaded a bunch of shares at .0003 in increments. And yes 'sells' were 4 times the 'buys'. So with many trades wiping out a boatload of .0003's, can .0002 trade be far behind, as that has showed up on the 'bid' previously.
