I agree with other posters, the notion that lowering the price would "bankrupt" them at this moment, is not a likely event that could cause "bankruptcy". But shorts love to create fear and fud, that is always there, to reduce gains and maintain the value of their position. On top of securing non-dilutive funding they may even be able to increase such funding, we don't know the details. They also have plenty of shares, and there is no indication that such an event, "bankruptcy" would be anywhere on the horizon. Their application is expected this month, generally speaking. They have not changed guidance indicating their application for commercial approval is imminent.
