Another twisted logic. Company can’t go bankrupt by SP drop for 4-8 weeks , no matter how much it drops. They just reported they received 4.6M from investors and that doesn’t include any money received by exercising warrants .
Unless they don’t plan to file MAA for months and months

I agree with other posters, the notion that lowering the price would "bankrupt" them at this moment, is not a likely event that could cause "bankruptcy". But shorts love to create fear and fud, that is always there, to reduce gains and maintain the value of their position. On top of securing non-dilutive funding they may even be able to increase such funding, we don't know the details. They also have plenty of shares, and there is no indication that such an event, "bankruptcy" would be anywhere on the horizon. Their application is expected this month, generally speaking. They have not changed guidance indicating their application for commercial approval is imminent.
